Refund/Exchange Policy

In the rare case you purchased an item that was not to your liking, we will happily take it back (in original condition with tags attached) for store credit or exchange within five days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds. 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items (not including apparel) must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the product:

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 5 days after recorded delivery date.

  • Apparel has been hand-dyed with love in Los Angeles. Each of our hand-dyed items are one-of-a-kind  and made with non-toxic fiber reactive dyes. All apparel by KVRMA is made with natural fabrics, woven and printed with love to make them original. Inconsistency is apart of the products originality, character and hand-made quality. Due to the nature of the materials, no two items will be 100% identical, This is part of its unique identity and beauty.

    **All international orders are final sale.**

    To request a return label, please email your general request to info@Goodkvrma.co. Upon receipt of your return, your account will automatically be credited or if we are unable to credit your account due to unregistered information, your refund code will be emailed to the account on the order. In order to access your credit, simply type the code in the coupon / voucher section in the purchase section when placing your next order. 

    Both the clients and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. Any money that has been paid to us which constitutes payment in respect of the provision of an UNUSED PRODUCT, will be exchanged in the form of a Kvrma store credit only within five days of order receipt. By engaging in any transaction with Kvrma LLC, you agree to this Refund/Exchange Policy.
